Types of CLC Foundation Scholarships

Major Foundation Award Programs: Connect to Your Future

The CLC Foundation raises money for major award programs, called the “Connect to Your Future” scholarships. These awards are given to students in a variety of categories, including:

  • Students who started their academic work at CLC in GED or ESL programs and are now pursuing college-level programs.
  • Students from diverse backgrounds/populations and students studying abroad or studying new cultural experiences.
  • 参加职业计划计划在毕业后获得有意义的工作的学生。
  • Students who are starting their academic work at CLC and intend to transfer and complete their degree at a four-year institution.

These scholarships cover full tuition and fees (up to 30 credit hours per year). Additionally, they will be renewed for up to 3 years (or until you graduate, whichever comes first) if you meet renewal criteria!

One-time recruitment scholarships are also available to academically gifted students that are not based on financial need.

Individual Scholarship Opportunities

Private donors establish individual scholarships which have their own criteria, some of which are open to foreign students, students granted DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) and undocumented students. Some of these opportunities require additional information after you complete the general application. Answer the additional questions to see if you qualify. There is no limit to the number of individual scholarships for which you can apply!
