The Office of Institutional Effectiveness, Planning and Research (IEPR) upholds the college’s culture of inquiry and evidence-based decision-making by partnering with all areas of the college to identify strategic opportunities and advance efforts toward achieving institutional excellence.
IEPR follows an Integrated Institutional Effectiveness model. As such, the breadth of our work extends beyond research to include: planning, decision support, continuous improvement, institutional reporting, assessment and evaluation, and compliance.
In fulfillment of these duties, IEPR staff advise and consult with stakeholders either 1:1 or in committees/groups, partner with stakeholders to develop resource materials, increase access to systems and tools, and provide training sessions to build capacity and advance efforts around inquiry decision-making.
