COVID-19 Guidance for Noncredit Students

COVID-19 Reporting

Before coming to campus, please conduct a personal wellness check and stay home if you are sick.

If you:

  • have been recently diagnosed with COVID-19, or
  • have been exposed to a person known to have COVID-19 symptoms, or
  • have symptoms that could be related to COVID-19,

You must email theCOVID-19 Concerns Teamprior to coming to campus.


COVID-19 Vaccine Information

  • 接种新冠疫苗,确保校园安全。
  • Anyone ages 12 and older can get afree COVID-19 vaccine in Lake County. Many local pharmacies now offer walk-in services with no appointments necessary. Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are currently used by Lake County vaccine providers. They are all safe and effective at preventing serious illness from COVID-19.Find COVID-19 vaccines near you.

COVID-19 Testing

  • Shield site closing: The Shield Testing Center that CLC has hosted in Room C106 on the Grayslake Campus will permanently close to students, employees and the community at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, June 30.
  • New on-campus testing option for CLC students and employees only: Beginning Thursday, July 7, CLC will begin offering twice-weekly opportunities to obtain free nasal swab testing for COVID-19 in Room C181 on the Grayslake Campus.Learn more
